The delivery was very slow. I found out that our furniture was in a warehouse 30 miles away, but it sat there for over a week without being delivered. Very frustrating. However, the furniture was beautiful, the leather was gorgeous, and very well made. I am very pleased with my purchase, even though I had reservations ordering through the internet.

The chair is a powered recliner. When the button is pushed to recline, the back lays all the way down before the legs are raised. This is backwards from other powered recliners I have used and is very unsatisfactory. Legs are normally raised first before the back is lowered which allows one to read or watch a movie with back up and legs raised. One cannot do that in this chair. I cannoy read or watch tv with back lowered all the way down.

I am thrilled with my custom sofa and loveseat, comfortable and beautifully made. The price was so reasonable, my two sofas cost a little more than my sister's recent pottery barn single sofa purchase. Delivery was earlier than I even expected, and delivery guys were great. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my purchase. Thank you so much!!!

Great quality chair,, beautiful quarter sawn oak, better than Lazy Boy ,,the sample swatch great service..chair cushions are full and stiff, starting to relax, I'd like foot rest little more padded, rear of chair needs to be 1-2' lower, I put 1' blocks under front legs . I'm 6'-3' and size is fine..I believe as cushions will continue to relax and chair will get better and better..

I had one that looked just like this that was not very old, so I wanted one as exact as I could get. I had a kitchen fire that caused smoke and soot damage, to the ceiling in the living room, so they told me to get a new one. I looked where I got the previous one and couldn't find it, so I found you, I think, through Google. I;ve only had it a few weeks, so can't give much of a review as to how it's going to hold up. However, I love it. I got a different fabric which I like better and hope it washes better. Nobody even know it's a different couch. It appears to be very comfy. So far I love it!

First time purchaser of Club Furniture and a lifelong customer of high end, brand names. Bought the Newport sofa bed and recliner set in Bonita Chocolate leather. Completely amazed at quality. Better built than most all of our other high end furniture. The set is gorgeous and ROCK SOLID. The glove leather is the best leather we own, and we own a lot of premium leather seating. Both sofa bed and recliner are immovable--and this, on wood floors. There is no finer attention to detail on seams. We own a set of high end leather recliners, whose brand is listed in the finest home decorating magazines. Let me just say--never again. They are completely inferior to Club Furniture. In summary, I am an experienced shopper, in my 60s, have seen it all, bought it all, and you will NOT be disappointed in your leather purchases. In addition, the owners, Darrin and Jeff King, are hands on and in touch with their customers.

This is the most beautiful and comfortable chair I have ever owned, and I am 73 years old! The customer service was/is exceptionally, delivery - totally white glove - no issues - happy delivery people. The Quality of the piece is unbelievable. I wish I could afford a couple of things from the clearance sale but will just have save from my social security until I can afford - but trust me I will be back! Thank youPS I have told so many people about you all - and they have seen and experienced the product! - just saying!!

I absolutely love my new leather recliner. I did a lot of shopping around before selecting this one from Club Furniture, but there aren't many good choices for someone who is a bit taller. (I'm 6'5".) I wanted a chair that would look formal enough to fit with our living room, and something of good quality. The only other chair that fit my expectations was double the price of the one I bought from Club Furniture. The chair I bought is solidly built, clearly of good quality, and very comfortable. It looks dignified and respectable. It's ideal.

The whole process from assistance in fabric samples to all contact with Club was exceptional. My furniture arrived in the time-frame promised. The couch and chair are exactly what I wanted!

I ordered a sofa and matching chair (Camden). It took me a long time to decide on this purchase as I am a processor and had a specific type in mind. It was hard to find in my local area so decided on Club. My sister had a positive experience. I'm glad I did too! I really like my new pieces. The time line was good although it was delayed due to my fabric being on back order. But it came and I'm pleased. The delivery service was great....polite and gave us notice as to arrival time.All in all, I would recommend this company to others especially when looking for slip covered furniture as it can be difficult to find.

I ordered a tufted sofa, it has got to be one of the most beautiful pieces of furniture I've ever seen. The quality could not be higher, the leather in both feel and color is magnificent. American made furniture cannot be beat. I strongly recommend club furniture without hesitation.

The order process was great. I loved that you sent fabric samples ahead of time and that I confirmed all of my choices by phone with a real person. The delivery time was exactly what you said it would be. When it arrived it was beautiful and comfortable. I love it... everything about it!

Really delighted with my Club Furniture sofa! beautiful, expensive-looking. Delivery was smooth. I do notice now that I've moved the sofa to the other side of the room, the screws on one of the castors is loose, and loosening again after tightening. I will have to tighten often, I think. But if nothing breaks, that is fine!

We have received sever complaints on the style, color, quality and craftsmanship.

Loved the buying process, price and product. I was disappointed about the time flexibility for delivery from their delivery partner. There was no flexibility for my schedule at all, they only could come in the middle of the day on one specific day. Then they blamed me for not telling them that I was unavailable in the middle of the day even though this was the first conversation we had about delivery times. They said if I was not available it would be another 2 weeks before they could get it to me so I had to rearrange my entire day to fit their schedule. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, but definitely something to consider if you have little flexibility with your schedule.

Sales rep was very helpful by sending swatches to make sure that I picked the right color. Plenty of correspondence to keep me informed of the status of my delivery. Even the third party delivery company, who had some mechanical issues with their truck, kept in touch with me on my delivery status, and got it to me as quickly as possible. The quality of my furniture was excellent and it looked better than the pictures. I will definitely order from this company again.

We are very happy with our recliner leather sofa and chair. The furniture is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a recliner sofa and chair before but it cannot compete with these.The reclining positions are great and good for your posture.The control buttons are out of sight facing the furniture and located on the couch and chair, not the arm. HIDDEN is the word...reach for them palm facing the furniture, not the arm. The delivery was excellent and came within 5 plus weeks..
