Each of our custom leather, fabric, and slipcover pieces is hand-crafted by skilled North Carolina furniture craftsmen who have been developing truly exceptional seating for over 20 years. Each custom piece is built to order and shipped direct from one of our four factories located in the Southeastern, US. All our pieces are built to last and look great in any setting, their timeless style will pass easily from one generation to the next. The frames are select North American, kiln dried hardwoods and each joint is either Mortise and Tenon or double wood doweled with reinforced corner blocks. Seat platforms and backs feature a highly engineered system of tempered steel sinuous springs with an integrated "no sag" platform to give controlled travel and a lifetime of support. The seat cushions are constructed of "ultra-cell" poly-urethane creating the comfort of "old world" seating or you can upgrade very inexpensively to down wrapped cushions. We use only the finest top grain, full aniline dyed, waxed Italian leathers and durable cotton fabrics for that soft yet sleek look. The coverings are applied to the frames with the unique detailing used by earlier master craftsmen who took the time to "do it right." These pieces will get better with age! We offer 30 distinct leather colors and 100 assorted vibrant fabrics.

ABOUT OUR DOWN BLEND SEAT CUSHIONS: Our standard seat cushions are constructed using a medium firm "ultra-cell" poly-urethane core creating the comfort of "old world" seating. You may also inexpensively upgrade to our "duraplush" down wrapped cushions for the ultimate in comfort. Our down blend cushions still feature a medium firm poly core. However, because they are wrapped and/or topped in down you gain more softness and fullness in the seat creating a more sophisticated look. Either way relaxing will not be a problem!

We use only top-grain leathers on our furniture which is the strongest and most supple part of the hide. These texture rich leathers have not been buffed or sanded, therefore, the grain and other natural markings of the hide are apparent. These natural characteristics are considered by many to be the hallmark of fine leather. Aside from its beauty, leather is an outstanding value because it's inherently durable (it's great for children and pets) and requires little maintenance. Like all natural materials, leather is constantly changing, so surface scratches and small spills will actually blend in over time. In fact, leather furniture becomes more beautiful as it ages, developing a rich patina that shows how much the pieces have been enjoyed over time. Stretching during the upholstery process may cause the leather color to lighten slightly. To care for your leather furniture occasionally wipe with a soft cotton cloth to remove dust. Should you spill something on your leather wipe with a soft cloth and distilled water, Ivory bar soap in a soapy solution can be used with distilled water to get tough/sticky residue off the leather.

Our returns policy is simple... evaluate our merchandise in your own home for 30 days* and if after 30 days you're not completely satisfied simply call us Toll Free 1.888.378.8383 for a no questions asked, refund of your entire purchase price including all your shipping costs (less a nominal 10% re-stocking fee). It's like having the showroom in your home for 30 days. You simply won't find another custom furniture retailer with this type of quality and comfort guarantee. Our high resiliency, medium firm density cushion cores and plush down feather wrapped seats have a limited 5 year guarantee. If for any reason a cushion core should fail under normal conditions within the 5 year period, we will replace it at no charge. Frames and springs are guaranteed for the life of the original cover. If under normal usage, you experience any manufacturing related defects with your piece(s) at any time simply call us and we’ll arrange to get your piece(s) sent back to the factory for repair or replacement at no cost.
* 30 Day In-Home Trial requires a full 30 day merchandise evaluation in your home. 30 days after delivery of your piece(s) and within 15 days following, if for any reason you're dissatisfied with any aspect of our merchandise, simply call us Toll Free at 1.888.378.8383 to arrange for shipment (at our cost) back to North Carolina. Once we receive your piece(s) at the factory in North Carolina and determine that they are in factory original condition, we will gladly refund your product purchase price and all shipping costs (less a nominal 10% re-stocking fee). On exchanges (returned merchandise for new merchandise) due to non-manufacturing related issues, customer will be charged a 30% of purchase price re-stocking fee for the original merchandise plus return freight and re-delivery charges. All additional slipcover, "Quick Ship", "Clearance" and/or orders that utilize "Customers Own Materials" or that require specific customization beyond the options presented online sales are final and can not be returned. Wood furniture and accessory items have a warranty against manufacturing defects. To receive credit on these items, they must be returned in original packaging with all hardware. Orders cancelled 7 days after the order confirmation date are subject to a 15% of retail price "cancellation fee." Customer is responsible for making sure items ordered will fit into the home (please notify us of narrow openings at time of order). If items are too large to fit in the home and refused, customer is still responsible for all delivery related fees and a 30% of purchase price re-stocking fee.
